Open House for Baseline and Greenbank intersection modifications

The City of Ottawa will be making changes to the intersection of Baseline Road and Greenbank Road. Although this intersection is not in Ward 9, it's a major intersection that Ward 9 residents use frequently. The work is to improve public transit priority access and is the first step toward the long-awaited Baseline Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project.

Currently, the project schedule is as follows: 

• Design completion: fall 2024
• Construction start: spring 2025
• Construction completion: fall 2026

There will be an Open House to look at the intersection modification plan on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Staff will display information boards and be on hand to answer questions about the intersection modifications.
