The most expedient and effective way to alert the City of an issue or to concern is to file it online through Service Ottawa's 3-1-1 Centre. If action is not taken, or the issue requires follow up, you may want to contact our office directly by emailing [email protected].

Want to meet?
The quickest way to connect with Councillor Devine is via email, but we have several other ways for residents and constituents to meet and engage with the Councillor. Our office hosts a regular Community Engagement Series with several different forms of meeting:
Ward 9 Office Hours: Here's an opportunity for residents to book 20-minute meetings in-person and face-to-face with Councillor Devine. Appointments may either be booked by sending us an email, or by booking through our online form. These monthly sessions will take place at our Ward 9 Office, located at Ben Frankline Place (101 Centrepointe). Our next few sessions are:
- June 19th from 9:00am - 12:00pm
Thursday Night Think Tanks: Here's a new format for the community to meet up and exchange ideas with the Councillor and each other! Whether you're a resident of Ward 9 or elsewhere in our great city, you're welcome to join in these fun, online conversations, taking place every fourth Thursday at 8:00pm. So put the kids to bed. Stop working. Turn off Netflix. Grab a cup of tea, or a glass of wine, and settle in for a relaxing chat about...we don't know yet. Each session will have a different theme that we'll announce a few days before. Come be part of what some cool person referred to as "an incubator of ideas for a better, healthier, greener, happier, safer, kinder Ottawa!" Our next few sessions will be held:
- June 15th at 7:00pm
- July 6th at 7:00pm
Sunday Soirees: Take part in a casual online group chat where the subject of discussion is...whatever you want it to be! The Councillor will moderate a conversation where residents pose questions about whatever's happening in the city or whatever's on your mind! These online meetings will take place every second Sunday at 8:00pm. Our next few sessions will be held:
- June 4th at 7:00pm
- June 25th at 7:00pm
Community Fairs: These events will be day-long events for residents to engage with the councillor and special invited guests in a public, in-person forum. The dates, locations, subject matter and guests for these evening sessions will be based on pressing needs and will be communicated as they arise.
