Want to meet?

The quickest way to connect with Councillor Devine is via email, but he'll be more than glad to arrange a phone call or meeting, either in-person or virtual.

Our office will also be hosting a Community Engagement Series with several different forms of meeting: 

Pop-Up Community Drop-Ins: These will be an opportunity for residents to book short meetings in-person and one-on-one with Councillor Devine. Appointments may either be booked by sending us an email, or by booking through our online form. Starting January 9th, these sessions will take place every two weeks on Mondays from 9:00am - 10:00am. The schedule and locations for the next few months are as follows:

  • March 6th: White Pine Cafe (Arlington Woods Church, 225 McClellan Road)
  • March 20th: Starbucks (2271 Prince of Wales)
  • February 6th, April 3rd: Second Cup (1715 Merivale Road)
  • February 20th, April 17th: Starbucks (1350 Baseline)

 

Public ZOOM Meetings: These bi-weekly sessions will be a chance for residents to meet virtually in a group setting, with discussions moderated by the Councillor, but the subject matter will be determined by the residents. Starting on January 19th, these sessions will take place every two weeks on Thursdays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. Here’s the ZOOM link for these recurring meetings, which will also be posted on our social media and in our bi-weekly newsletter. The ZOOM Meeting ID is 958 5187 6434. The schedule for the next few months will be as follows: 

  • February 2nd
  • February 16th
  • March 2nd

 

Public Coffee Hours: Similar to the Public ZOOM Meetings, these monthly sessions will be a chance for residents to meet in-person in a group setting. Starting January 16th, these sessions will take place on the third Monday of every month from 10:30am - 11:30am, at the Dao Cafe (1558 Merivale Road). The schedule for the next few months will be as follows:

  • February 20th
  • March 20th
  • April 17th  

 

Town Halls: These events will be opportunities for residents to engage with the councillor and special invited guests in a public, in-person forum. The dates, locations, subject matter and guests for these evening sessions will be based on pressing needs and will be communicated as they arise.
